This post points out the new video of my recent podcast on polarities. In the 54 minute video, I speak with Miles Kessler of the Integral Dojo about the exciting promise of polarity theory. This emerging theoretical perspective provides a new a way to think about conflict and value creation. Polarity theory demonstrates how certain types of polar opposition are actually systemic generators of value that, when effectively managed, can build agreement and produce meaningful progress. I originally used polarity theory to illuminate spiritual experience in my 2015 book, The Presence of the Infinite. And I use it even more in my forthcoming book, Developmental Politics.
This podcast is taken from the Integral Dojo’s 2019 Tele-Summit: Dharma & The Evolution Of Conflict.
